KickBoxing

Currently offering Kickboxing Wednesday evenings @ 6:45 pm. Classes are taught by Baker’s Martial Arts - Drop ins are WELCOME! $10 for members and $15 for non-members.

 

Rock Steady Boxing

Starting May 1st! Every Wednesday from 10 am until 11:30am

This exercise program is designed to cater to individuals with Parkinson’s Diagnosis, balance, & coordination difficulties, and neuro-motor difficulties. You must have a prescription from your doctor with a Parkinson’s diagnosis and have an assessment completed by our instructor prior to class. Please call for more information and pricing!

Chair Yoga

Not feeling confident enough for a full yoga class? Try our modified version of chair yoga to get started using some extra support with seated movements.

 

Chair Toning

This class is great for beginners with introductory seated movements to get you on your way to exercising more often! Come learn in this class so you can feel more confident exercising on your own.


 

Mat Pilates

Want to get more engaged? Join us for our mat pilates workouts that will challenge your strength and build stability!

 

Tai Chi

Mondays at 11 am

Want to channel your inner Chi? Join us for our weekly Tai Chi class. This is a combination class witjh both seated and standing options available!

 

Line Dancing

Thursday evenings from 6pm - 8pm. $8.00 per class

Enjoy a little extra cardio during your week while just having fun! Line dancing is a great way to keep moving without feeling like you are working at all!

 

F.I.T - Fun Interval Training

Thursdays @ 10am. Fridays @ 9am.
